20/05/2024 — I had a frustrating experience with customer service when trying to confirm my order. Every time they called me they couldn't hear me, so I had to reach out twice. The first call didn't resolve anything. However, my second call was handled by Mercury C.K., who completely turned the situation around. He took the time to listen, was gentle, apologetic about the faulty system, and went above and beyond. He kept calling and checking until the problem was solved. Now I'm just waiting for my order.
