Originally I was sent a locked device. The return was seamless, the courier collected the next day and I chose store credit. I selected my replacement device and it was delivered safe and sound. Additionally, Muhannad from Revibe made contact with me to apologize for the experience, he was completely sincere and heard me out from start to finish. He really made me feel like I was not just a "ticket" in the system but a person who was inconvenienced. I am 100% satisfied with my new device, it came as described. Thank you, Muhannad, for taking the time to rectify the situation while hearing me out.
