#Update No such action has been taken and they've simply cancelled my case. Second time they've make a "show" of helping in public when I fact you've just closed my case and ignored me AGAIN. It's been a couple of months since my last review and I felt it deserved to follow up. In trying to reclaim the cost of the licence I had to get to be able to import my own phone after they magically couldn't find my warranty claim, fault (not uncommon, search reddit etc) which they said they would refund, they are making it physically impossible to do so by continually put me in a loop of "please send your information" "now you have to open a claim" "oh we've cancelled that claim please send your information". They are trying to make it as difficult and time consuming as possible so I will give up getting my money back which I will not.
