20/05/2024 I had a frustrating experience with customer service when trying to confirm my order. Every time they called me, they couldn't hear me, forcing me to reach out to their customer service twice. The first call didn't resolve the issue and I had to go through the same problem again. However, my second call was handled by Mercury C.K., who completely turned the situation around. He took the time to listen to my problem and ensured it was resolved. He was gentle, apologetic about their faulty system and went above and beyond to assist me. Unlike the previous representative who tried to convince me that nothing was wrong with their system. Mercury C.K. acknowledged the issue and made every effort to fix it. He kept calling and checking until the problem was solved, significantly improving my mood. Now, I'm just waiting for my order. Thank you, Mercury C.K., for your outstanding customer service❤️
